Once they received a deposit, communication essentially ceased and minimal work was completed. Much of what was done was done in such a poor manner that it will have to be redone. The owner (Stan) indicated that he and A1 are filing for Bankruptcy (May 2014). They refuse to refund my money or complete the work. Stay away. They are attempting to re-open as "quality carpet care". If you want the work completed and don't want to get ripped off, go elsewhere
