  I have been a long time customer of Toyota. I currently own a 2008 Toyota Corolla and for the past 5 years, I have been getting it serviced here. The service department is consistent and reputable. Solid customer service, however this last visit was out of the norm. Transparency of cost was my main concern. When the service advisor approached me to explain what my vehicle needed, new rotors, he informed me that the cost would be 162 dollars. Practical customer service would mention total cost (labor) so the customer would not be surprised nor feel like they were tricked into something when payment came due. 485 dollars total amount is one thing, but the conduct of business in obtaining that goes further.

  I visited the service department to check a noise on my truck. The tech was very helpful and took extra precautions to make sure there was nothing wrong with my truck. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.

  Great customer service. Extremely friendly, professional and courteous, it was a very pleasant experience. I was visiting from Tucson, prepared for a long wait, this was not the case. I was greeted by so many wonderful staff. I can see why my mother takes her car there for maintenance. The young man even cleaned the back seat window, of my Mom's car, where my very large retriever had slobbered on the trip to Yuma. Hector, super friendly. Cashiers, great gals! Thanks everyone!!!!
