I had an excellent experience making my first purchase with Kay Jewelers in the Palms. Denise Tunnell was the sales rep who helped me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and she was able to help me pick the perfect engagement ring for my sweetie. She took her time and listened to my opinion as to what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy quality jewelry at a reasonable price.

I went in just for a payment, a girl was already helping me when another coworker told her to go home that she’d help me and never did. I waited for 15-20 mins and still didn’t even give the payment! Very unhelpful people didn’t even acknowledge me what’s so ever.
