Will call 5 to 6 times at a time .failed to meet customer needs by not being able to change weekly payment dates, but assured me it was possible for more than a month. Kept charging me a late fee when i thought that in fact it was resolved. Complete waste of time and money. AARONS IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN RAC !
