Awful customer service. Went in to get my SIM card fixed and they said I had to drive all the way to the Ave B and 24th St store because no technicians work at this store. Absolutely awful. Why hire somebody if they don't know how to fix a phone?

Worst customer service, incompetent employees and overall terrible location. Could not assist me in activating a telephone as the primary account holder. Made no effort to assist me, I had to go home and wait on the phone for two hours to get help. I was better off asking a dog for telephone assistance.
