  I would never voluntarily hire this company. They installed carpet and tile in a house we built and we had some issues after closing that needed taking care of. I literally chased them for weeks trying to get something scheduled, and on top of that it was like the was zero communication between the people in the office, so it was impossible to get any information from anyone expect for one person. And then appointments were mischeduled, guarantees made they couldn't keep, poor communication between the office and on-site guys (had someone show up at the house who didn't speak any English, which wouldn't be a problem except he also had no idea what our issues were), and not great work when it came down to it, because they were rushed and/or didn't understand my concerns. I just gave up at that point. The only good thing I have to say is that the folks in the office were at least nice over the phone and attempted to help/made it seem like they were trying.
